Assignment #4

Hope you all have had a great spring break!  It seems that I am the chief of sinners when it comes to getting stuff up on this blog.  Remind me of this if I give you a hard time about posting your photos.  Here is this weeks assignment:

Shoot three photographs:

1)  Shoot a landscape using some of the principles we discussed last class (Use a deep Depth of Field- small aperture!, Stabilize your camera, Use a focal point, Keep in mind the foreground, Use lines in a smart way, Think about the sky!- use the rule of thirds, Change your point of view)

2)  Shoot an action shot the freezes movement (use a fast shutter speed).  Remember the bigger the number, the quicker the shutter speed!

3)  Shoot an action shot that shows movement (use a slower shutter speed so the movement causes blur). Be careful that the blur is not due to poor focusing or camera shake.  You can practice panning for this shot if you would like.

Good luck and have fun!  Please post your shots before Monday!!!!!!!!
